Refund policy

Unused and unopened products can be returned within 14 days without reason. We cannot take back used products without reason.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without stating reasons.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the product (or in the case of delivery in parts; the last product or part of the product) .

To assess consumables (such as shampoo, hairspray, etc.) it is not necessary to open the packaging and/or use the product. After opening and/or using these products, it is possible that they are no longer in a salable condition, as a result of which the depreciation can reach 100%.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. If you revoke the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without delay. and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of the decision to withdraw from the agreement, from us.

We will refund you with the same payment method with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, no costs will be charged for this refund. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you informed us of the decision to withdraw from the agreement. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a statement (in writing by post or e-mail). of the decision to withdraw from the contract. You can use the exchange form for cancellation, click here to fill it in. We can always trace the shipment back to the correct order on the basis of the exchange form. The direct costs of returning the goods are for your own account.

Beauty Brands is not responsible for shipments that do not arrive at our warehouse. So consider whether you want to send your shipment registered and insured. Make sure you frank the shipment sufficiently. If you do not frank the shipment sufficiently, we can charge you the costs for this.
