By placing an order with beautybrands.nl, you indicate that you agree with the delivery and payment conditions of beautybrands.nl. Beautybrands.nl has the right to change its delivery and/or payment conditions. Due to the digital display of the photos and films on our website and in our brochures and also the color settings of your screen, the colors of the photos placed by us in our webshop cannot be 100% guaranteed. If you receive items that you have not ordered, you must inform shop.elevenaustralia.nl of this as soon as possible. Any inaccuracies in the information provided to you by beautybrands.nl must be reported to beautybrands.nl immediately, as well as any changes or inaccuracies in your information that you have provided to beautybrands.nl.
Applicability
- These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all offers and orders at beautybrands.nl.
- General Terms and Conditions that the buyer uses do not apply unless beautybrands.nl has agreed to this in writing.
- Beautybrands.nl reserves the right to change and/or supplement these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
- Because beautybrands.nl is located in the Netherlands, all offers and agreements are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
- Offers are valid while supplies last.
- Information, images, verbal announcements, statements, etc. with regard to all offers and most important characteristics of the products that are provided by telephone, via the website shop.elevenaustralia.nl or by e-mail are provided as accurately as possible or done. Beautybrands.nl does not guarantee, however, that all offers, color fastness of product photos and products are fully in accordance with the information provided. In principle, deviations cannot give rise to compensation and/or dissolution.
- All prices are expressed in euros and include VAT.
- All offers from beautybrands.nl are without obligation. We reserve the right to change the prices, in particular when this is necessary on the basis of (legal) regulations.
- Special offers are only valid while stocks last.
- Shop.elevenaustralia.nl accepts no liability for the consequences of printing errors and changes in price indications. If a stated price is so incorrect that the customer can reasonably know that this is an error, beautybrands.nl has the right to refuse the order.
- For orders via the internet site, payment can be made via iDEAL.
- A prepaid order will be sent as soon as the amount due has been credited to the account of beautybrands.nl.
- Payment orders to the bank/giro institutions are for the account and risk of the person giving the payment order.
Shipping costs
Up to € 30.00 the shipping costs are € 6.95. Above € 30.00 beautybrands.nl does not charge order and/or shipping costs. The packages are sent in collaboration with PostNL/DHL.
Returns
- Unused and unopened products can be returned within 14 days without reason. We cannot take back used products without reason.
- You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have 14 days to return your product.You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately € 6.95 per package, consult the website of the carrier for the exact rates.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of the decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a statement (in writing by post or e-mail). You can use the exchange form for revocation, click here to complete this. On the basis of the exchange form we can always trace the shipment to the correct order.

- A return is only accepted if the product is in new condition.
- After you have registered the return, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days, provided the above conditions are met.
You have the right to return and exchange the product within 14 days of delivery including the invoice, provided it meets the requirements as stated in Article 7A and B.
- The specified delivery times are indicative. Exceeding any delivery term does not entitle you to compensation.
- The delivery of the products takes place at the place and time at which the products are ready for shipment to you.
- The majority of our range consists of standard items which are continuously available. These are generally in stock and/or can be delivered within a few days. However, there are also many products that can often no longer be ordered and therefore gone = gone. It can therefore occasionally happen that you order a product that can no longer be delivered. We will of course inform you of this as soon as possible. Together we can look for a suitable alternative.
- It is possible that beautybrands.nl cannot deliver a certain article immediately. We will inform you of this by e-mail as soon as possible. Therefore, make sure you enter a correct e-mail address when creating your order and check it regularly. If subsequent delivery is ultimately no longer possible, you will also be notified and your order will be cancelled.
- If you have paid an amount in advance and if the agreement to which the advance payment relates is not concluded because the originally ordered goods are not available or is dissolved on the basis of the right of withdrawal, a refund will be made as soon as possible, but at the latest within 10 days. take place.
The ownership of the delivered products only transfers if you have paid all that you owe beautybrands.nl under any agreement. The risk with regard to the products is already transferred to you at the time of delivery.
Only delivered products are covered by the warranty as determined by the manufacturer of the product concerned. Beautybrands.nl only fulfills a counter function during such a warranty period. To be clear: warranty is provided by the manufacturer or importer and almost never by the store where you buy the item.
- Beautybrands.nl will only process the buyer's data in accordance with its privacy policy.
- Beautybrands.nl observes the applicable Dutch and European laws and regulations.
- The entrepreneur has a sufficiently published complaints procedure and handles the complaint in accordance with this complaints procedure
- Complaints about the implementation of the agreement must be submitted fully and clearly described to the entrepreneur within 7 days, after the consumer has discovered the defects.
- Complaints submitted to the entrepreneur will be answered within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt. If a complaint requires a foreseeable longer processing time, the entrepreneur will answer within the period of 14 days with a notification of receipt and an indication when the consumer can expect a more detailed answer.
- If the complaint cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, a dispute arises that is subject to the dispute settlement procedure.
- A complaint does not suspend the entrepreneur's obligations, unless the entrepreneur indicates otherwise in writing.
- If a complaint is found to be well-founded by the entrepreneur, the entrepreneur will, at its discretion, replace or repair the delivered products free of charge.
